John has over 38 years of experience as an employee benefit consultant. He has in-depth experience in all areas of employee benefits with the exception of pensions. John has a proven track record bringing labor and management together to achieve mutually satisfactory solutions to benefit plans. He has a well-deserved reputation as a skilled negotiator with insurers.

Anne Clifford, Vice-President and Consultant
Anne has over 28 years of experience in the employee benefits field. During this time, she has worked as a risk manager and an employee benefits consultant. One of Anne’s areas of expertise is the financial accounting and self-funding of health, life and disability income plans. Having spent over 18 years with Fickewirth & Associates, Anne understands the unique needs and opportunities of public sector entities and their sponsorship of benefit plans. Over the past three years, Anne has worked closely with three southern California community college districts, the United Firefighters of Los Angeles City and The Association for Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs.

Elaine Miwa, Consultant
Elaine has over 18 years of experience in the employee benefits field working with both the public and private sectors. Her strength is in customer service, account management and consulting expertise. Elaine is also experienced in the self-funding of health, life and short and long term disability income plans.

Andrew Mollen, CEBS, Senior Account Manager
Andrew has over 20 years experience in group benefits, working for carriers, integrated health plans and consulting firms. He began his career working for a large Blue Cross Blue Shield Plan on the east coast and from there moved to consulting for integrated healthcare delivery systems. Andrew has worked directly with large group sponsored benefit plans as a benefits consultant and broker since 2003. He has attained the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation and has extensive experience helping group benefit plan sponsors develop and implement strategies to improve benefits and services and control costs.

Tracy Wallace, Account Manager
Specializing in client relations and retention services, Tracy has worked in the employee benefits field over nine years. She has worked as an account manager for several college districts with joint labor-management committees. Additional areas of expertise include: financial analysis, coordination and management of the request for proposal process. Tracy brings her experience as an account manager for large entities, helping them to develop long-term, cost effective programs for their members.
Jim Earley, Graphic and Web Designer
With many years of visual communications experience, both government and corporate, Jim uses the latest technology and graphics programs to visualize, design and coordinate with clients in everything from posters and flyers to reports and websites.
Brian McCoy, Director of Sales
Brian McCoy has extensive experience as a strategic advisor, lecturer and trainer. Having spent the last 6 years studying behavioral tendencies of brokers, employers and employees as it relates to health insurance, Brian emphasizes an educational approach when advising and consulting with our clients and working with members. Brian holds a degree in Marketing/Advertising from California Lutheran University where he has also served as a guest lecturer on insurance and financial matters. By combining the best practices of marketing and his health insurance behavioral experience he is able to help present powerful and effective solutions that are embraced by all parties.
